Tapal Tea (Pvt.) Limited requires an experienced IT Support Specialist to manage the entire secondary sales process.

The specialist will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting the complete secondary sales solution, which includes Head office module, distributor module, mobile application, Decision Support System, Mobility, and integration between primary secondary system as well as SAP Business Warehouse.

Daily sales operations through DMS & Mobile at 500+ distributors must be ensured by the specialist.

Key responsibilities include software deployment, issue tracking and resolution management, change control management, and coordination with vendors.

A strong understanding of MIS operations and helpdesk support is also necessary for this role.

The specialist will work closely with sales teams, internal customers, and vendors to smoothen sales operations.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
