Job Title:

Associate Engineer

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and troubleshoot UPS, Rectifier, AVR, etc.
  • Support Engineers in site surveys.
  • Assist Engineers in designing solutions.
  • Install and commission different equipment (power).
  • Support Sales in technical discussions and presentations.
  • Provide on-site and on-call customer support.
  • Resolve customer complaints with senior team members.
  • Maintain optimal spare parts inventory.
  • Utilize resources efficiently.
  • Document activities for records.
  • Maintain working relations with team members.
  • Work according to Quality & HSE Standards.
  • Complete special tasks assigned by supervisor/TL/Manager.
Requirements

- Proficient in high rating three-phase UPS Systems installation, repair, and maintenance.

- Expertise in board-level electronics troubleshooting and diagnostics.

- Power Systems/UPS repair understanding.

- Strong leadership and time management skills.

- Ability to work under pressure.
