Job Role

We are looking for an exceptional Backend Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing robust backend systems using modern technologies.

  • Technical Expertise:
  • Proficiency in Python, FastAPI, Cloud Load Balancing, Redis, asyncio, OAuth2.0, Pub/Sub (Protobuf), and Google Firestore (NoSQL).
  • Experience with LLM libraries like Langgraph and Pinecone.
  • Deep understanding of backend development best practices, including system design, performance optimization, async frameworks, and scalable architecture.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing solutions to customer pain points. This includes writing the backend for new features, working with and improving our LLM orchestration, setting up infrastructure, implementing data observability and error tracking, testing features, and getting customer feedback and iterating.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Talking to customers to understand their needs and requests.
  • Designing and planning potential solutions.
  • Writing the backend for new features.
  • Working with and improving our LLM orchestration.
  • Setting up infrastructure to support feature implementation.
  • Implementing data observability and error tracking.
  • Testing features through manual e2e tests and automated integration tests.
  • Fighting fires and making technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Getting customer feedback and iterating on solutions.
