Highly Skilled Web Application Developer Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to lead our web application development team. You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of server-side web application logic, integration of front-end components, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge web-based applications using PHP on premium service platforms.
- Collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team to build innovative state-of-the-art applications.
- Lead the entire web application development life cycle from concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
- Analyze website and application requirements to identify areas for improvement.
- Write clean, secure, test-driven, easily maintainable, and modular codes.
- Design and maintain databases.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Perform UI/backend tests to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with frontend and mobile app developers on backend needs of projects.
- Work closely with project managers to gather requirements, present work, and communicate technical terms in layman's terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a PHP developer with a strong background in Laravel or similar frameworks.
- Experience with PHP MVC frameworks (Laravel, Symfony).
- Excellent relational database skills with MySQL.
- Experience with database design and administration.
- Understanding of open source projects like WordPress, etc. is a plus.
- Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay, etc.).
- Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
