Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Head of Marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, execution, and team management. Responsibilities include:

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution: Develop, coordinate, and deploy marketing initiatives according to the marketing calendar, from strategic discussion through brand managers.
  • Advertising & Promotions: Oversee the development of work by local advertising agencies, as well as the adaptation of global campaigns.
  • Best Practices Evaluation: Evaluate recommendations for marketing best practices from global initiatives.
  • Market Research: Evaluate recommendations for market research execution.
  • Trade and Channel Development: Collaborate with sales on trade promotional programs and point-of-sale support.
  • Innovation: Lead discussions and project management around product innovation, supporting local innovation development.
  • Talent Development: Coach and train staff members to improve their capabilities.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5 years in advertising, media, and research; 5 years understanding consumer insights and driving broad strategy; 2 years people management experience.
  • Knowledge: 2 years operational knowledge in an organizational setup.
