About the Role:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates through various channels.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing candidates for future hiring needs and maintaining relationships with potential hires.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics to evaluate and optimize the effectiveness of recruitment processes.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to ensure a broad range of candidates are considered.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment efforts.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (4-6 years) in technical talent acquisition or recruitment in IT Industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection techniques.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, and HR databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach to recruitment, with experience analyzing recruitment metrics and using them to drive improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
