Software Quality Assurance Manager Role

The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic approach to technically challenging software products and projects. With a strong background in Quality Assurance and testing, the selected individual will lead the QA team as a team lead for product development.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Team Management: Plan, organize, and control team activities to ensure smooth execution of testing.
  2. Test Planning: Prepare, communicate, and execute Test Plans, ensuring timely completion.
  3. Test Development: Develop Test Specifications, generate test data, and review test specifications to ensure accuracy.
  4. Project Audits: Participate in project audits and prepare test data according to requirements.
  5. Application Testing: Test applications using Test Plans and specifications.

Proficiency in Automation and Load Testing tools is highly desirable.
