As a Senior Quality Assurance leader, you will oversee the entire QA process ensuring applications meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead test planning, execution, and reporting processes
  • Develop manual and automated test cases
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and performance testing
  • Establish and improve QA metrics, processes, and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering to identify, reproduce, and resolve issues
  • Guide junior QA engineers and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance with leadership responsibilities
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium, Cypress)
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and testing methodologies
  • Experience with defect tracking and test management tools
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
