Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Assurance Professional to oversee the quality assurance process in our manufacturing facility.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet the required standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the production process on a daily basis to ensure delivery of finished goods as per standard requirements.
  • Ensure that cutting, stitching, and making processes adhere to quality standards.
  • Verify the quality of semi-finished goods received from suppliers.
  • Investigate and correct customer complaints related to quality issues.
  • Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to maintain high productivity and technical integrity.
  • Develop, document, and maintain quality control standards and objectives.
  • Organize and control quality control throughout the production realization process.
  • Pre-pack auditing and acceptance quality level control.
  • Control material wastage.
  • Assist and coordinate with the Production department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in QC Garments/Apparel.
  • Familiarity with stitching and cutting standards.
