Job Title: Financial Systems Manager

The Department of Controller General of Accounts is seeking a highly skilled individual to manage and oversee various financial systems within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Description:

The role entails leading and managing a team of professionals who are responsible for managing financial transactions, accounts, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial system efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records and reports;
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws;
  • Managing and monitoring budgets and financial resources;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve financial issues and concerns.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management and leadership roles;
  • Proven track record of improving financial system efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
