Oracle Financial Consultant: A Key Role in Driving Financial Process Optimization

About the Job:

This role is critical in driving financial process optimization and ensuring successful project delivery. As an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant, you will have a strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data migration within Oracle Financials.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in Oracle Financials EBS implementation and support, with expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), General Ledger (GL), Expenses, Tax, and Intercompany modules.

You will lead Oracle Financials implementation, support, and upgrades, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Engaging with senior stakeholders, including CFOs, to discuss solution designs confidently is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Oracle Financials implementation, support, and upgrades.
  • Engage with CFOs and finance teams to discuss solution design.
  • Perform requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
  • Ensure compliance with system controls and segregation of duties.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technically sound solutions.
  • Provide guidance on data migration, financial reporting, and process improvements.

This position requires excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Prior experience working in an onsite, full-time role is preferred.

Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Financials EBS implementation and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting, and data migration.
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including CFOs.
  • Experience in system controls, security roles, and segregation of duties.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
