Job Overview

A key aspect of this role is overseeing the operational efficiency of commercial, PMO, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of commercial, PMO, procurement, and logistics departments to guarantee optimal operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and submit RFQs and bid submissions that align with business objectives.
  • Analyze and refine financial models for pricing on RFQs based on actual circumstances.
  • Present commercial-related matters in meetings and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.
  • Plan and execute timely submission of commercial offers and receipt of POs and variation orders to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain close attention to customer pot activities and ensure effective control measures are in place.
  • Monitor project activities against contract clauses and identify potential risks to mitigate their impact.
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and subcontracts to ensure efficient implementation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Issue subcontracts and pots, acting as a liaison between management and suppliers to facilitate smooth communication.
  • Oversee project finances to minimize risks that may impact profitability and ensure long-term sustainability.
  • Maintain accurate project databases according to SOW requirements to ensure compliance and transparency.
  • Provide expert advice to senior management on commercial matters and draft reports as needed to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials with required quality at minimal cost.
  • Prepare project quarterly cash flow statements and submit regular unit returns to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
