SAP Payroll Expertise: Accelerate Your Career

Your role and responsibilities include leading the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You will analyze client payroll requirements and design scalable solutions, configure payroll schemas and integration with EC and third-party systems, and ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Analyze client payroll requirements and design scalable solutions.
  • Configure payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with local payroll laws and regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing.
  • Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point).
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll is a plus.
