Your Role

In this position, you will lead the implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). Key responsibilities include analysing client payroll requirements and designing scalable solutions, configuring payroll schemas, rules, and integration with EC and third-party systems, performing testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution, ensuring compliance with local payroll laws and regulations, and working closely with clients, HR, and technical teams for successful delivery.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in SAP Payroll, with at least 2+ years in SuccessFactors ECP.
  • Deep knowledge of payroll processes, schemas, rules, and off-cycle processing.
  • Experience with EC and ECP integration via PTP (Point-to-Point).
  • Understanding of country-specific payroll is a plus.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
