Job Title: Executive Sales OperationsJob Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales operations professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Organize and manage the sales operations section, ensuring efficient workflows and processes.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff training and motivation, driving individual targets and objectives.
  3. Handle operational matters related to the sales operations team, providing expert guidance and support.
  4. Directly handle customer inquiries, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  5. Collaborate with the import/export section to ensure timely production delivery control.
  6. Oversee the preparation and verification of product information.
  7. Coordinate with factories to ensure on-time delivery dates for each order.
  8. Maintain payment control in close coordination with sales staff.
  9. Work closely with sales staff to arrange smooth processing of regular orders.
  10. Ensure seamless documentation with the shipping section.
  11. Foster excellent customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer services.
