The Deputy Manager – HR Operations will ensure efficient execution of HR policies, labor compliance, reporting, and compensation systems in line with company goals. The role requires a solid understanding of workforce dynamics at project sites.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain automated dashboards in Excel for:
  • Headcount
  • Leave, overtime, and shift analysis
  • Develop monthly HR reports for senior management review.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across HR platforms.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare HR reports on workforce strength, attrition, site-wise deployment, and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and manage documentation for inspections (e.g., EOBI, PESSI).
  • Conduct internal audits of HR files, contracts, and registers.

Compensation, Benefits & Time Management

  • Monitor and process attendance and overtime data for payroll.
  • Participate in wage structure reviews and recommend adjustments based on market and performance.
  • Coordinate with Finance for timely disbursement of wages and benefits.

Learning & OD

  • Identify on-ground training needs and arrange sessions.
  • Support talent mapping, job rotations, and performance feedback mechanisms.

Requirements:

  • MBA / Master's in HR or equivalent.
  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboarding, VLOOKUP, Charts)
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills

6–8 Years in core HR Operation, organization Development and compensation and benefits.
