Job Title: Deputy Manager Audit

Audit professionals analyze and evaluate financial statements and operational processes. The Deputy Manager Audit position oversees branch audits, encompassing cash reconciliation, stock verification, and dealer reconciliations.

  • Cash reconciliation is a critical aspect of these audits, including petty cash accounts and revenue verification.
  • The scope also includes reconciling physical stock with software records, reviewing dealer's credit balances, and verifying invoices, payments, and adjustments in Ledgers.
  • Additionally, the role involves visiting dealers across provinces, reconciling company outstanding balances with dealer records, and verifying post-dated cheques.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify Security Cheques with Credit Limits.
  • Conduct Service Center Audits, ensuring compliance with procedure, SVC revenue as per company policy, and parts reconciliation.
  • Reconcile physical fixed assets with company records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and guidelines defined by management for sales, service centers, and branch operations.
  • Identify weaknesses in the internal control system and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Manager Internal Audit about audit findings with evidence obtained during the audit.
Job Specification:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with proven external auditing experience is required. Lead and manage an audit/accounts team to deliver high-quality assurance services. Demonstrate personal qualities and credibility to lead, develop, and motivate individuals and the team.

Thorough understanding of systems and risk-based auditing is essential. Background in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing is preferred.
