Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our franchisees within the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal departments.

  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring effective communication and meeting their needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our regional footprint, onboarding new franchisees and corporate clients.
  • Monitor the performance of franchisees against key operational and financial metrics, implementing improvements in operational workflows to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance, addressing operational challenges and implementing swift solutions to minimize disruptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • BBA (4 years) / MBA (2 years) from a HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal departments.
