Senior Business Analyst - eCommerce Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, technical architecture, and business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis of technical infrastructure of eCommerce platforms to identify opportunities for optimization, scalability, and improved performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business and technical requirements into detailed specifications.
  • Create system architecture diagrams and technical documentation to map out the eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Analyze and evaluate API integrations between various platforms and third-party systems to ensure data flow, synchronization, and performance are optimized.

This is a full-time onsite role at our office. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze, map, and optimize the technical side of eCommerce systems while driving business outcomes such as improved user experience, system efficiency, and revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with development and UX teams to analyze customer journeys from a technical perspective, identifying areas where the user experience can be improved by optimizing technical performance, reducing load times, or enhancing mobile responsiveness.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all technical aspects of the eCommerce platform meet security, compliance, and data privacy standards.

Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Certification(s) in a relevant field will be considered a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on eCommerce projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
