Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on meeting market dealers, understanding their requirements, and exploring potential business ventures in Dream City Kharian.

You will communicate with dealers to establish rapport, set up meetings, and negotiate property prices when necessary. Additionally, you will plan and oversee new deal initiatives, build relationships with affiliates, and manage sales targets.

Another key aspect of this role is conducting surveys to determine the pricing of competing properties in nearby areas. You will also ensure compliance with housing laws and policies during property transactions.

Requirements and Expectations
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong network connections with dealers in Kharian, Sarai Alamgir, Jhelum, and Gujrat.
