Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performance sales team, driving revenue growth, and maximizing operational performance.
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Lead and motivate the sales team to enhance sales from key channels such as C&F Super Stock, distributors, and retailers.
- Manage Daily Operations: Ensure continuous growth by effectively managing daily operations and revenue generation.
- Evaluate Performance: Measure and analyze key performance indicators such as ROI and KPIs to drive business decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude to ensure seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Industry Expertise: Possess strong medical science knowledge for resolving queries and staying up-to-date with industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
