Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeping Director to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and financial management, with the ability to oversee multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll processing, and reconciliations for multiple clients.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management and reporting.
- Project Costing: Handle project costing and financial reporting.
- Team Supervision: Recruit, interview, hire, and train bookkeepers/accountants and professional accounting staff in the finance department.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Supervise and lead a team of bookkeepers, providing guidance, support, and task assignments.
- Accuracy and Timeliness: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the team's work.
- Client Meetings: Attend client meetings for reporting purposes and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Point of Contact: Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and providing financial insights.
