Key Data Engineering Position

A dynamic and challenging role as a Lead Data Engineer is now available for individuals with exceptional technical skills.

The position involves designing, building, testing, optimizing, and maintaining data infrastructure and code required for integration, storage, processing, pipelines, and analytics from ingestion to consumption.

As a senior-level engineer, you will be responsible for evaluating and implementing new technologies and tools to enhance data integration, processing, and analysis. You will also mentor junior/mid-level engineers and lead technical team members with minimal oversight.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of real-world data engineering experience.
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, PySpark, and AWS.
  • Senior person who can understand requirements and design end-to-end solutions.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of SDLC tools and technologies.
  • Proficient in writing efficient and optimized code.
  • Good understanding of Data Modeling and Database Design Principles.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with complex data sets.
  • Skilled in Data Integration from different sources.

Cloud Computing Experience:

Experience with cloud computing in AWS, including deep knowledge of various AWS services.

Agile Team Collaboration:

This role requires an active member of our Agile team, participating in all ceremonies and continuous improvement activities.

Leadership and Communication:

Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create ideas, and be assertive.

Project Management and Organization:

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
