Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement predictive and regression models on large datasets using tree-based methods and deep learning techniques.
  • Build and maintain robust data integration pipelines in Python, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
  • Apply advanced machine learning and AI approaches to generate, clean, and validate proprietary datasets, driving business insights and decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough backtesting, validation, and performance evaluation of data-driven models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research insights into practical solutions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and refine models to improve accuracy, scalability, and efficiency, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Quantitative Research, with a strong focus on model development and deployment.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), with expertise in leveraging these libraries for complex data analysis and modeling tasks.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, regression, and time-series analysis, with the ability to apply theoretical concepts to real-world problems.
  • Experience designing and deploying predictive and deep learning models, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in mathematical and computational principles.
Good to Have
  • Experience in quantitative finance, trading, or investment-related projects, with a focus on applying data science techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with systematic strategies, risk modeling, or portfolio optimization, with the ability to leverage these skills to inform business decisions.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large-scale data infrastructure, with the ability to design and deploy scalable data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of financial data APIs, Bloomberg/Refinitiv, or alternative datasets, with the ability to integrate these sources into data analytics workflows.
