Job Title: Technical Operations Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to lead our operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical auditing and financial reporting, with expertise in ISAs and IFRS.

About the Role

The position involves providing proactive support to senior stakeholders on technical projects, preparing papers, presentations, and publications through extensive research and analysis. Key responsibilities include coordinating with members, regulators, and standard-setters of other jurisdictions, as well as coaching and mentoring junior staff.

Key Qualifications
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 02 years of post-qualification experience in analyzing technical auditing and financial reporting matters.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder groups with diverse views.
  • Managerial experience of audit or IFRS advisory service lines is beneficial.
