
Technical Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Support Team Lead to join our organization. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contact centre technical support operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams of supervisors, team leaders, and engineers. You will also be responsible for identifying and arranging training through our Training and Development team.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Oversee the performance of the technical support team, setting clear goals and objectives and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Stress Management: Ensure that the technical support team is able to manage stress effectively, maintaining a positive attitude and motivation throughout the workday.
- Customer Service: Role model a customer service professional profile, exceeding customer expectations at all times.
- Experienced Leadership: Demonstrate expertise in leadership, with a proven track record of successfully managing teams.
- Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a technical support environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
