Job Title: Senior Technical Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Technical Operations Manager to lead our team of engineers in ensuring uninterrupted and safe gas supply by maintaining instrumentation on pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering with at least 9 years of relevant experience. They must also have at least 4 years of experience as a Functional/Team Lead and be registered with PEC.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for effective UFG control through instrumentation management.
  2. Supervise quality control checks to ensure system safety and effectiveness.
  3. Manage a team of engineers for pipeline operation and maintenance, integrity management, and gas supply network.
  4. Support smooth gas supply over PODs, valve assemblies, sales metering stations, and LHF facilities.
  5. Develop plans for network expansion and rehabilitation, and supervise installation and commissioning tasks.
  6. Train and motivate department staff, identify and assess risks, develop risk response strategies, and monitor risk reporting.
  7. Perform other tasks assigned by senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized university.
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience in pipeline operation and maintenance.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Functional/Team Lead.
  • Registration with PEC.
