Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Company Overview:

Our company is a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the USA, with its recruitment and operations team located in Islamabad, Bahria Town, Phase 4. We require exceptional communication skills and fluency in English to support the hiring needs of US-based clients.

Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is PKR 70,000 - 120,000 + Bonus on each placement. Current recruiters are earning more than PKR 200,000/month.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates for IT and software engineering roles in the USA.
  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with clients and candidates.
  • Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
  • Conducting market research to identify talent pools and hiring trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Strong market research and data analysis abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication.
  • High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Experience using recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems.
  • Understanding of HR policies and best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
