We are a leading Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in the USA, with our recruitment and operations team located in Islamabad, Bahria Town, Phase 4.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Specialist to join our global team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and supporting the recruitment process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Identify and attract top talent for IT and software engineering roles in the USA.
  • Candidate Management: Coordinate and schedule interviews, maintain candidate databases, and conduct market research to identify talent pools and hiring trends.
  • Recruitment Process: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of results.

Requirements:

  • Proven Track Record: Experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Market Research: Strong market research and data analysis abilities to identify talent pools and hiring trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

What We Offer:
