Paint Product Specialist

This role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs and providing expert advice on our paint products to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Paint Product Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our paint products directly to consumers through on-site visits, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer Consultation:
  • Meet with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on our paint products.
  • Recommend the most suitable products for each customer's specific requirements.
Product Training:
  • Stay up-to-date with our paint product range, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Provide expert training to customers on the use and maintenance of our paint products.
Site Visits:
  • Visit customer sites to promote and sell our paint products.
  • Provide on-site guidance to customers in selecting the right products based on their specific needs.
Market Insights:
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Regularly report sales data, customer trends, and feedback to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the paint or related industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of paint products, application techniques, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Independent & Adaptable: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Results-Driven: Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: PKR 32,000/-
  • Incentive & Commission: PKR 30,000/- to PKR 40,000/- based on performance
