Digital Sales Representative

This role involves promoting and selling our paint products directly to consumers through on-site visits, while building strong relationships with customers and partners.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building customer relationships through effective sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Strategy:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell our paint products directly to consumers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them.
Customer Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Product Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with our paint product range, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Provide expert knowledge to customers to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
Market Insights:
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
  • Regularly report sales data, customer trends, and feedback to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 1-2 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the paint or related industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of paint products, application techniques, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and partners.
  • Independent & Adaptable: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing customer needs.
  • Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.
  • Results-Driven: Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Base Salary: PKR 32,000/-
  • Incentive & Commission: PKR 30,000/- to PKR 40,000/- based on performance
