The Total Rewards Center of Excellence is seeking a Sr. Analyst to administer global compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive benchmarking and manage survey submissions globally.
  • Manage compensation surveys globally with accurate and timely data entry.
  • Collaborate with Regional TR CoE on market data analysis.
  • Conduct compliance reporting for gender pay audits and minimum wage audits.
  • Support retention administration by facilitating employee agreements and payments.
  • Administrate the Stellar Recognition program by coordinating Data Reporting and Analysis.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 4-5 years experience in human resources or total rewards administration.
  • Strong familiarity with HR tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, and MarketPay.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English language skills required.
