Program Material Coordinator
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating program material requirements to ensure the successful execution of production program objectives. You will support program management through the analysis, oversight, and status of vehicle material and support equipment costs, delivery schedules, quality, and location tracking. This role requires strong coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, Operations, and other departments to achieve material availability requirements to meet program integration schedules. You will review and authorize material procurements and inventory transfers. Your expertise in Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) principles and processes is necessary to ensure their appropriate application across the program.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Scheduling, Finance, and Program Management to accurately status the material related Earned Value (EV) for the program. You will also ensure that all EVMS requirements are met. Your support for internal and external audits related to material earned value compliance is crucial. Furthermore, you will proactively work with Procurement and Program Management to accurately provide revenue forecast and Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis monthly. You will provide comprehensive what-if analysis and data modeling as required by program management. Your ability to actively pursue, apply, and develop Program Material Control best practices will ensure the team operates with maximum efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of related experience. An intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel is required. Basic to intermediate skills in MS Word and MS PowerPoint are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in analyzing large amounts of data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. The candidate must be able to confidently interact with all levels of the organization.
