We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Officer in our Quetta region office.

About the Position:

Job Title: Executive Officer

Qualification & Experience:

  • A minimum of 16 years of education in Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or an equivalent field. Degrees must be attested from Higher Education Commission (HEC).
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in a related field.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the regional office, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations, developing and implementing strategies to improve office efficiency, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Terms and Conditions:

The selected candidate will be required to be a resident of the respective Tehsil as per CNIC/Domicile, provide Medical Fitness and Character Certificates, undergo a probation period subject to performance, attach degrees/certificates from Higher Education Commission (HEC)/respective educational boards at the time of interview, and bring original documents for verification.

Note:

Selectees shall neither confer any entitlement of permanent appointment nor be regularized.
