About the Role

Our team is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to oversee and execute maintenance activities, ensuring optimal equipment operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor maintenance tasks within value streams to guarantee reliable process and equipment operation.
  • Provide compliance support in documentation and audits, collaborating with Engineering Department members on equipment maintenance and financial compliance.
  • Identify and implement improvements to plant facilities, processes, and operations; troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize safety and quality risks.
  • Coordinate computerized system validation processes and support stakeholders in validation activities and documentation completion.
  • Ensure end-to-end implementation of machine refurbishment, modification, and installation, adhering to safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties to develop monthly production plans and provide inputs for preventive maintenance planning.
  • Analyze and recommend maintenance strategies to reduce downtime, costs, and spare materials usage.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as a technical professional.
  • Proficiency in Computer System Validation and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Energetic, goal-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated individual with strong time management skills.
  • Able to build staff capability to meet engineering standards and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
