Job Description

The role involves implementing, customizing and administering Zoho applications, primarily Zoho CRM, Books, Projects, Analytics, Sales IQ and Desk.

  • You will be responsible for the complete project and software development lifecycle from scoping/requirement gathering, system design, end user testing, assisting in training, and providing user support.
  • You will understand business processes and requirements of internal teams to implement and customize various modules in the relevant Zoho Application. You will communicate with external parties to source or communicate information as required.
  • You will develop and maintain automation using workflows, custom functions and widgets. You will also develop and manage user access privileges, homepage dashboard, module and field level customizations.
  • You will develop and maintain sync integrations between applications in the Zoho platform. You will work with in-house web developers to resolve any issues with lead capturing from webform CRM fields, either through third-party APIs or coding.
  • You will investigate and troubleshoot day-to-day issues in leads and opportunities management, contacts, companies, and the overall functionality of Zoho CRM.
  • You will test changes and solutions in development environments (sandbox) before go-live. You will test fixes to ensure bugs and issues have been resolved.
  • You will provide general support for all enterprise applications. You will provide on-site support for ad-hoc requests, coding, live chat, lookup, and company module data sync between CRM, Books, and Analytics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Ability to create logical workflows, relevant field creation, and data mapping.
  • Certification as a Zoho Certified Administrator is desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of all Zoho One Apps mainly: CRM, Analytics, Books, Sales IQ, Desk, Survey, and Campaigns.
  • Database management and data management software.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Must have good negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to create good presentations.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and an active listener.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing, customizing, and administering Zoho applications.
  • Developing and maintaining automation using workflows, custom functions, and widgets.
  • Developing and managing user access privileges, homepage dashboard, module, and field-level customizations.
  • Developing and maintaining sync integrations between applications in the Zoho platform.
  • Troubleshooting day-to-day issues in leads and opportunities management, contacts, companies, and the overall functionality of Zoho CRM.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
