Take the lead in Air Freight Operations, where you will be responsible for monitoring and aligning operations with corporate strategies, local market dynamics, and customer expectations. You will foster strong relationships with customers, carriers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Air Freight Operations Management: Monitor and align Air Freight Operations with corporate and country strategies, as well as local market dynamics, to consistently exceed customer expectations.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, sustainable relationships with customers, carriers, and other stakeholders.
  • Agent Selection and Management: Select and appoint overseas agents according to business requirements.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contractual arrangements with Airlines and Suppliers.
  • Business Planning and Budgeting: Develop strategic business plans and budgets for Air Freight operations.
  • Leadership and Resource Allocation: Provide leadership in product development, resource allocation, branch management, and organizational activities.
  • Sales Support: Support branches in maintaining positive relationships with trade bodies and government agencies.
  • Contract Management: Manage Airline and Supplier contracts, performance, and relationships.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with IATA regulations.
  • Certificate Renewal: Oversee IATA/ACCAP and Civil Aviation certificate renewal processes.
  • AFR Operations Management: Responsible for overall AFR Operations, including sites, traffic management, technical support, resource allocation, and local purchasing.
  • Budgeting and Authorization: Prepare departmental budgets and take ownership. Authorize all AFR-related payments, including IATA and agent fees.
