We are seeking a highly reliable and detail-oriented Controller / Finance Manager to manage, analyze, and optimize all financial activity across the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking every dollar in and out of the business, preparing accurate weekly reports, managing budgets, and providing visibility into financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Own all financial tracking: revenue, payroll, expenses, refunds, vendor payments, and ad spend.
- Prepare weekly and monthly profit-and-loss statements with deep visibility by department and brand.
- Monitor return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per order, profitability per source, and labor efficiency.
- Work closely with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational inefficiencies.
- Maintain and update financial dashboards, forecasts, and budgets.
- Coordinate with external accountants and tax advisors.
- Review and process payment requests and expense reimbursements.
- Ensure proper financial documentation, categorization, and reconciliation.
- Oversee financial systems, including Stripe and payroll tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Certified Public Accountant/Certified Management Accountant is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in a Finance Manager or Controller role.
- Strong experience with accounting software and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with multi-brand or multi-departmental financial reporting.
- Experience working with US-based companies is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
