Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee and manage the Accounts Payable & GL Function across multiple group companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and mentoring a team of professionals, processing and reviewing vendor invoices, credit memos, and payment requests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve optimal performance and efficiency.
- Process and review all incoming invoices, credit memos, and payment requests to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize financial operations.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Accounts Payable & GL function.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Maintain and review chart of accounts to ensure proper account mapping and segmentation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a team of finance professionals.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex financial issues.
- Proficiency in financial software applications, including Microsoft Office.
