Financial Operations Manager

This position oversees all financial operations within the organization, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies.
The Financial Operations Manager is responsible for managing and supervising staff in the accounts payable department, maintaining accurate records, and overseeing tax-related processes.
A key aspect of this role is to minimize the payable aging agreed on payable terms by improving systems and ensuring adherence to policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
In addition to financial responsibilities, the Financial Operations Manager plays a critical role in customer service, responding promptly and accurately to communication, and ensuring quick resolution of queries within a reasonable time frame.
To be successful in this position, one must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
