
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to help expand our international client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, and booking discovery calls with decision-makers in target markets.
Key Responsibilities:- IDentify and research potential client companies within target industries and regions.
- Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Communicate our value proposition clearly and professionally.
- Qualify prospects and schedule high-quality meetings for the senior sales team.
- Maintain accurate and organized lead data in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies and campaign effectiveness.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Previous experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, or a similar B2B service industry is strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales prospecting tools.
- Ability to research and identify key decision-makers within target companies.
