Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager IT. As the key IT contact, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations and providing technical support to staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve existing IT systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide first-level technical support to staff members.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement effective IT policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of IT services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, Windows 10, Google Workspace Administration, and Microsoft Office 365 Administration.
  • Experience with Server 2003, Server 2008, WinNT.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.

Vice Principal Role:

  1. Support the Head of Campus in implementing academic plans and programs.
  2. Coordinate with teaching staff on syllabus follow-up and lesson planning.
  3. Attend subject coordination and lesson plan meetings.
  4. Assist in planning and monitoring tests, exams, and assignments.
  5. Ensure deadlines are met by teachers in checking papers and result preparation.
  6. Monitor students' behavior and develop interventions for improvement.

Preferred Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree with relevant certifications is also acceptable.
