We are seeking dynamic, young trainers to deliver engaging training sessions on soft skills for youth. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting soft skills or life skills training and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions on communication, teamwork, time management, problem-solving, workplace etiquette, and other essential soft skills.
  • Customize training content to suit different groups of youth learners based on their needs and preferences.
  • Encourage participation through activities and real-life examples that promote engagement and motivation.
  • Monitor participant engagement and gather feedback to improve the training sessions continuously.
  • Submit reports after each assignment/training session to measure progress and success.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in conducting soft skills or life skills training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate youth audiences.
  • Ability to work on an assignment basis and be flexible with work arrangements.
  • Preferably based in Islamabad and Lahore, but open to other locations depending on the need.

Job Type: Assignment based.
