Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Lahore. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, and providing ongoing coaching and support to the sales team. The role involves evaluating training effectiveness, staying updated with industry trends, and enhancing the sales team's communication and customer service skills.

  • Customer Service skills
  • Ability to develop training materials and programs
  • Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field
  • Relevant certification in Training & Development is a plus
