About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Language Skills Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the communication and soft skills of our customer service representatives to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will design and deliver training sessions focused on spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, accent neutralization, and overall business communication tailored to the call centre environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct language and communication training for new hires and existing employees.

· Develop and deliver engaging training modules on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, accent, fluency, and customer-centric communication.

· Assess trainees through role plays, tests, and live call evaluations, providing constructive feedback.

· Work closely with operations and quality teams to identify skill gaps and design targeted training interventions.

· Create training material, activities, and practice sessions that simulate real-life call centre scenarios.

· Track and report progress of trainees, ensuring training effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.

· Continuously update training content to reflect industry best practices and customer expectations.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven experience as a Language Trainer / Communication Skills Trainer in a BPO/Call Centre or similar environment.

· Strong command over spoken and written English with excellent grammar and pronunciation.

· Knowledge of accent neutralization and business communication techniques.

· Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to motivate and coach individuals to build confidence in communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs120, Rs150,000.00 per month
