We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Team Lead to oversee the routine, preventive, and annual maintenance of machines. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to ensure the efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Mechanical Team in performing routine, preventive, and annual maintenance tasks on machines and equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain the Mechanical Workshop, including machines and accessories such as drills, cutters, lathes, and welding equipment.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and record-keeping of spare parts and tools.
- Implement and maintain cleaning and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in relevant areas.
- Develop and implement safety procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct gap analyses on existing maintenance procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans for all plants within the factory.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements.
- Maximize process reliability while minimizing costs.
- Maintain awareness of daily operations and provide support as needed.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop justification reports.
- Prolong the operating life of plant equipment and machinery through regular maintenance and repair.
- Forecast and manage maintenance spending, working with the finance department to develop and administer departmental budgets.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment documentation and spare parts inventory.
- Optimize maintenance team performance within shift timings, controlling overtime hours.
Education:
Diploma Degree Title: DAE(Mechanical)
