As a key member of the Infrastructure Platform team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical guidance and oversight to foster growth and development in basic to moderately complex tasks.
  • Making informed decisions that impact teams' resources and tactical operations, ensuring seamless execution and implementation of processes and procedures.
  • Cultivating successful collaboration across teams and stakeholders, driving collective success.
  • Identifying and mitigating issues, escalating concerns as necessary to ensure successful project execution.
  • Contributing strategic insights to leadership on approach and technical considerations to enhance operational efficiency and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts, accompanied by 5+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Proven track record of leading technologist teams.
  • Able to guide and coach teams towards achieving goals aligned with strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in hiring, developing, and recognizing talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of the services industry and their IT systems.
  • Practical experience with cloud-native technologies.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, with expertise in technology disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:
