Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the development of high-quality architecture solutions for various software applications and platform products. As an integral part of our team, you will provide essential leadership and strategic thinking, collaborating with teams of architects to align cross-functional projects, ensuring they are both fiscally and technically sound.

Your passion for technology and drive for innovation will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global digital commerce. You will work closely with product teams to enhance customer shopping experiences through Chase channels and across the product domain.

As a trusted advisor, you will engage with marketing platforms and understand customer engagement through automated orchestration. Your expertise will help create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with product teams to develop new system designs, ensuring necessary approvals and collaborating with engineering towards delivery
  • Develop batch and streaming pipelines to process data
  • Provide architectural guidance on highly scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed systems
  • Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs
  • Partner and collaborate with application development teams to ensure efficient, secure, scalable, stable design and code
Requirements
  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in building Microservices on cloud/distributed environments
  • Experience in designing and building batch and streaming pipelines to process data
  • 10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture
  • Experience in UI/UX Architecture – Frontend application design using React or Angular
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
