Job Title: Senior Industrial Operations Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to assume the role of Senior Industrial Operations Manager.

This key position will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to boost productivity and quality while reducing waste, utilizing data analytics to monitor production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions, leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards, mentoring and supervising a team of engineers and technicians, fostering collaboration and continuous learning, collaborating with quality control teams to develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards, identifying cost-saving opportunities and assisting in resource allocation, and preparing regular reports on production metrics and project progress for senior management review.

Requirements
  • Graduation degree from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 03 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
