Job Overview
The role of a Operations Manager is to lead the efficient management of meter reading and billing processes.
This involves ensuring the seamless integration of operations, minimizing provisional billing and meeting regulatory requirements, while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately read gas meters, generate prompt bills and minimize provisional billing to meet regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction.
- Compare manual industrial readings with online Mazik readings for data accuracy.
- Analyze faulty meter claims, compile survey findings and estimate resolutions.
- Collaborate with Zonal Managers across Franchise Areas to resolve queries and arrange surveys.
- Ensure compliance with FBR and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Verify each bill before delivery to the Bill Delivery Contractor.
- Manage disconnections and reconnections of defaulter industrial customers.
Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address operational inefficiencies.
Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues, stakeholders and customers.
